My name is Jason Potter, and I am a Lecturer of Legal Skills at the University of Massachusetts School of Law. Prior to teaching at UMass Law, I was a Professor of Legal Writing and Research at the University of San Diego School of Law.  I am a graduate of New York University School of Law, at which I was the Editor-in-Chief of the NYU Review of Law & Social Change.  I am a member of the State Bar of California.

  1. Thank you for your article regarding Google Scholar – it is very helpful. Is it possible to print these cases, and if so, could you describe how they may be printed. I’ve tried printing with a right-click function and print, but the pages are coming out blank.
